At Sterling Web Services, we design and implement Web sites. We don't sell packages- no two situations are the same, no package can cover all situations. Simply tell us your ideas for your site and your budget and let us show you what is possible. You just might be amazed!

For work other than a complete site, our basic rate is $45 per billable hour (or $340 per day) for Web services with adjustments for the size and complexity of the job.

Rates - Web Development

Most Web site development$45/hour
Advanced Photoshop manipulations$55/hour
Web application programming$75/hour
While there are no "package" prices, total cost
for a basic 4 to 5 page site, including
a contact form, can be as low as $850.
This site would have cost approximately $1500.

Rates - Digital Imaging & Photography

Photography$45/hour Photography can be digital or 35mm film.
Pricing can also be on a "per job" basis.
Equipment & travel charges may apply.
Materials & processing charges will apply
for film photography.
Scanning$8/scan Scans can be made of flat art, slides
and negatives and transparencies
up to 4"x5"
Prints$12.50 - 8"x10"
$40.00 - 12"x18"		 Prices are for archival ink-jet prints
using pigmented inks.
Canvas and special papers are priced higher.
Prices on request for photographic prints.
Photoshop$55/hourPhotoshop is used for retouching, restoration
and preparing digital images for printing.
Photo CD's$8/CD or $120/20 CD'sThese costs are in addition to
any imaging or Photoshop work necessary
to prepare the images for the CD.
The CD's are packaged in a slim-line case,
labels and inserts are extra.
Photo Album CD's$45 +
$8/CD or $120/20 CD's
A 50% surcharge may apply to rush jobs.
Pick-up and delivery charges may apply.
All imaging charges subject to 5% Virginia state sales tax.
